Working Principle
Dust-laden air enters the collector through the inlet duct and passes through the filter bags. Dust particles are trapped on the outer surface of the bags while clean air passes through and exits the system. Over time, dust accumulates on the filter bags, increasing resistance to airflow. The pulse jet system periodically releases bursts of compressed air into the bags, dislodging the dust cake and allowing it to fall into the hopper below for collection and disposal.
